Our fees for assistance with the incorporation of a Ltd in Malta amount to EUR 4,500.00 and include the following services:
- assistance with the incorporation of the company (including registration fees);
- a copy of the memorandum and articles of association;
- one company registration extract;
- compliance fee;
- annual government company registration fee for the first year (mandatory for all Maltese companies).
Additional services
- Appointment of a nominee director: €3,000.00 per year;
- Appointment of a nominee company secretary: €1,500.00;
- Domiciliation and corporate secretarial services: €1,500.00 per year;
- Assistance with the opening of a bank account: €1,500.00;
- VAT registration: €1,500.00.
